Field Care Supervisor

Cavell Healthcare are looking to recruit a Field Care Supervisor to work within our Norwich based team.

Duties can include but are not limited to;

· Mentoring new care staff.

· Arranging and completing care plan assessments.

· Complete care package service reviews and quality assurance visits.

· Completing field observations such as medication competency checks.

· Liaising with external agencies and clients and their families.

· On call duties on a rostered system.

· Covering care calls as and when needed.

· Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.

· Previous care experience.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Be able to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and their families.

Salary; £10.25 – £12.50 per hour.
