Are you an experienced care worker? Are you looking for a new and challenging role?
Here at Carewatch we run a service called EHSS (Enhanced Home Support Service) this service enables service users to be discharged from hospital with our support in place; supporting them to re-enable, or enabling them to come home until a provider can assist with their needs.
Every day is very different and you will be seeing new service users on a weekly basis, this is a role built for an experienced care worker who is looking for a new and exciting challenge.
You will be Carrying out the initial assessment and Working alongside other healthcare professionals such as GPs, social workers and Occupational Therapists.
You MUST be willing to work out of area as this role will also include Rapid Response work. This role is paid in block pay consisting of shifts from 07:00-14:00 & 16:00-22:00 in shift patterns on 2 week rolling rotas: Week 1: 3 days and week 2: 4 days which includes a Saturday and Sunday on this week only.
We’ll offer you a full paid company induction and support you so you can confidently deliver a great service.
Every customer is different, so the support and help that you provide will depend on your customer’s needs, which will be assessed and regularly monitored.

• Contact time at an enhanced rate of £10.50 per hour

• Paid mileage at 25p per mile
