At Mayflower Court in Norwich, we have the opportunity for a Domestic Assistant to join our team working 34 hours per week on days, on a permanent basis.

Our Domestic Assistants provide a homely, clean and healthy environment to maintain the well-being of our residents and tenants. They have a key role in supporting the establishment and are highly valued members of the team.

You will have ideally had some previous cleaning experience, either commercially or domestically, however it is more important that you can contribute to the caring environment we create.

Your ability to work within a team, drive to deliver an excellent service and friendly approach will be important when supporting your colleagues and our residents.

*£100 will be payable at 3 months, a further £200 will be payable at 6 months subject to obtaining a contracted position working at least an average of 12 hours per weekThis is also subject to successful performance, sickness reviews and completion of successful probation period. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently an employee of the Norse Group.
