We support our care professionals with a full domestic service at all our homes and scheme, and currently have an opportunity at Harker House in Long Stratton for a Domestic Assistant.
As part of our domestic team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene levels at the home, taking pride in ensuring the environment is kept at a high standard for our residents and your colleagues. Being part of this team will give you the chance to make a difference within the care sector, as you will form strong relationships with our residents to promote and friendly atmosphere in the home.
We are able to offer you flexibility with working arrangements, with positions available on a permanent and casual basis to suit your needs.
It is important that all of our staff share and promote our core values across our homes, and we will be looking for you to show us how you can support, maintain and improve our level of care that we provide.
If you have previous cleaning or domestic experience this would be ideal, but we are happy to offer support and training if you are able to show us that you can;
