We provide exceptional Care and residential support services as well as promoting a healthy, active and engaging living environment.High Haven our residential home, situated in Downham Market. The home provides exceptional short-term and full-term care for up to 39 residents and We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to join our team as Deputy Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Opportunity

As our Deputy Manager, you will get the chance to work alongside dedicated management and operational care teams, playing a vital role in developing and maintaining the excellent care services provided at High Haven.

You will be constantly engaging with all colleagues and residents to ensure care plans are continuously reviewed and tailored to provide the best support, whilst also seeking guidance from care professionals that we partner with.

This role will provide you the opportunity to make a real difference in the care services we deliver, using your own compassion and dedication to drive and motivate our fantastic team.

Our Successful Candidate:

  • Have previous experience as a Deputy Manager within a care setting
  • Be supportive and caring at all times ensuring you are providing exemplary service to our residents/tenants
  • Will have a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Be able to demonstrate recent relevant experience, in line with the requirements of the post
  • Completion of The Care Certificate is desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to go that extra mile
