Bluebird Care Norwich and North Norfolk is a leading home care and live-in care provider. We have a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate, motivated Customer Care Supervisor to join our live-in operations team. The full-time role based in our Norwich office requires someone with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Reporting to the Lead Supervisor and Registered Manager you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of our live-in care team and customers.

What will you do as a Customer Care Supervisor?

  • Responsible for allocating live-in care assistants with the right skills and experience to deliver the best quality care and support to our customers
  • Being the main point of contact for customers and care assistants, ensuring all phone calls and emails are answered in a professional manner
  • Support the Care Coordinator to effectively manage a team of Live-in Care Assistants, including supervisions and spot checks
  • Drive new business to grow the live-in care provision
  • Support the Care Coordinator to ensure an effective care provision including care scheduling and rota management
  • Work with the Recruitment Manager to onboard new live-in care assistants into appropriate packages
  • Responsible for setting up the care plan for each customer. This involves visiting new customers, and where they wish it, their families, to create a tailored care and support plan
  • QCF level three or equivalent or be willing to work towards this
  • Be flexible to share responsibility for the on-call service including providing emergency care cover
