Job Title:  Continuous Improvement Officer

Location:  Norwich

37.5 hours per week – Minimum of 24 Months contract

Salary: £28,050 per annum

As part of this continued growth and service expansion we are looking to guarantee our sustained success and consolidate our on-going projects in a standardised process of deployment via continuous improvement methodology, all whilst looking to increase the value of our services for those we support.

As such we have an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Officer.

Playing a major role in the deployment of our strategy realisation, the role will drive continuous improvement activities using a variety of tools from Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management. Focussed on delivering our on-going service growth projects whilst looking for development potential within current operational services, the individual will work with both internal and external stakeholders to connect, collaborate and commit to measurable improvements whilst developing a continuous improvement culture and capability across our organisation.

The post holder will be required to communicate well across project/programme stakeholders, within the Programme Team, staff groups, partner organisations and stakeholder groups within directorates. A key function of the role will be to support the organisationally approved methodology for all improvement projects within the Norfolk and Waveney Transformation portfolio.
