Better Healthcare Services supports adults and children with long term clinical needs. Our specialist care team is highly trained in providing a specialist service that is tailored to meet the needs of the Service-User.
I am looking for carers with experience or who would be interested in learning about the following areas:
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

- Ventilated Conditions
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Cerebral Palsy
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Muscular Dystrophy
- Mental Health
- End of Life/Palliative Care
- Disabled
- Children & family service
Role & Responsibilites:
In this role you will be expected to deliver a high standard of personalized care, treating all our clients with respect and dignity. You may have to administer medication, move and reposition clients, be a social support and much more. You will be making a real difference to help clients to remain as independent as possible in their own home.
Requirements:
For this role, you will need an Enhanced DBS check prior to commencing work – if successful at interview we ask for an initial £20 deposit for the DBS and ask you pay the remainder in installments once you start working for us. Drivers are preferred but not essential for this role.
We offer free training, free uniform and our rates of pay range from £9 – £13 an hour. We offer career progression and have a range of shifts available including long days (up to 12 hours) and shorter shifts.
