Community Support Worker

Leaf Care Services is a family run care provider specialising in friendly, reliable, and professional care. We support delivering excellent care services, tailored to suit the persons every need. We provide a range of services including home care, 24/7 live in care & dementia care.

What will you do?

Providing friendly company and emotional support such a chat, shoulder, or cup of tea to personal care tasks of washing, bathing, and continence support. Nutritious meal preparation and light medication assistance. Household duties maintaining a clean and tidy home to more advanced complex care needs with additional training

Is this me?

• Have basic IT skills- able to use email and apps on mobile devices
• Ability to communicate with other people
• Ability to deal with, and respond to emergency and/or difficult situations
• To be able to provide exceptional standards of care
• Ability to work in a team
• Promote dignified care
• Ensuring health and safety is followed
• Providing a high standard of safe care
• Understand the basics of the data protection act, talking and sharing information, reading, and accessing essential information

Working pattern: Shift work covering Am, evening and every other weekend as a requirement

Shift Patterns 7am – 2pm 4pm -10pm or a selection of hours in between to suit the needs of the service users.
