Closing Date: 21/09/20

We are looking for a problem solver who is caring and patient, with great communication and organisation skills.  You will also need GCSE English (Grade 4) or equivalent. Sound like you? Then read on!

We are offering two apprenticeships where you will start with learning how to deliver direct care in the community, and then will develop skills in needs assessment, risk assessment and care planning.

We provide care for disabled and elderly people in their own homes in the community in Norwich. Direct care duties include washing, dressing, help with toileting, meal preparation, shopping and light domestic duties. Most of our work is short visits of 30 minutes or an hour, and then you move on to the next client.

The qualification is the Adult Care Worker Level 2. This will be completed on the job and via private study with support from the training provider’s staff.

There are excellent prospects for career progression within the company to senior care worker, care supervisor or care co-ordinator.
