Experience is not essential for this Care Worker role, instead Caring Together are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a caring personality and someone who is reliable and can be relied upon to support the service user in their home in a very rewarding capacity. Caring Together is looking for someone that can always work in the best interests of the service user.
