Mayflower Court is an 80-bedded, specialist Dementia Care home in Bowthorpe Care Village, Norwich, alongside The Meadows, Housing with Care Scheme.

We are hiring Care Team Leaders at Mayflower Court in Norwich. We have the opportunity for you to join the team working days, including early & late shifts for 19.25, 33, or 38.5 hours per week. We also have a full-time, permanent opportunity working 40 hours flex per week.

As a Care Team Leader, you will support the manager in the day-to-day management of staff, ensuring that we are delivering safe, effective and responsive care at all times. You will have the responsibility of overseeing and demonstrating good practice, values and standards of care in support of the Manager and Deputy Manager. You will continue to deliver person-centred care, whilst leading your team to act in the best interest of our residents and tenants at all times.

 *£100 will be payable at 3 months, a further £200 will be payable at 6 months. This is subject to successful performance, sickness reviews and completion of successful probation period. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently an employee of the Norse Group.
