We are looking to recruit motivated staff to make a difference in the lives of the people we support across the Brockdish, Ditchingham and Surrounding area.
We currently provide support to adults with learning difficulties and physical difficulties, autism and behaviours which may challenge within shared Supported Living schemes; hours based support within the community. Successful candidates will be assigned a main site and expected to work in any of the services we oversee in the area.
All the people we support are provided with holistic care using principals of personalisation and person centred care. This will mean that you will be providing support with personal care, cooking, cleaning and social inclusion to name but a few. Your role is pivotal in enabling them to become as independent as possible whilst maintaining and building on their skills and life experiences.
The support we provide spans over 24hrs, with a variety of shift work including weekends, bank holidays and overnight. Hours vary dependent on what the person wants to do be it shopping to household chores to accessing activities within the community. With this said employees would need to be able to drive to work in the main schemes in the area applied for or provide support to people in their own homes
Experience in the Care Sector is desirable but not essential, we have a fully accredited training department and offer our employees opportunity to complete their Health and Social Care qualifications as well as progress within the organisation.

Pay rates range between £7.67 to £8.34 dependent on qualifications held and successful completion of probation period which with Voyage is 6 months
