St Nicholas House is our residential Care Home in Dereham, where we provide 24/7 dedicated care and support to up to 39 people. The relaxed environment is hugely important to us and we want everyone to be happy, content and ultimately feel like they are at home.

We are currently recruiting for a Care Support Worker to join the team on a permanent basis working 24 hours per week. If you are looking for a more flexible role we also have opportunities on a casual basis working as and when required. Both roles will involve a mixture of shifts (including weekends) 0700-1430 and 1430-2130.

Our Successful Candidate:

Whilst previous experience within the care industry would be ideal, we are happy to offer full training and support to those who share our core values. Aside from experience, we are looking for you to;

  • Be supportive and caring at all times ensuring you are providing exemplary service to our residents/tenants
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to go that extra mile
  • Full UK Driving Licence would be an advantage due to location
