Care Support Worker

Part-Time

£9.60-£10.15 per hour

NorseCare is the partnership formed between the Norse Group and Norfolk County Council where we care, support and maintain the independence of residents across Norfolk.

We are recruiting for a Care Support Workers to join the team at Sprindale in Brundall working days for 20 or 30 hours per week on a flexible basis. We also have casual contracts available working as and when required to cover sickness and holiday.

Springdale is a homely and purpose-built interior with landscaped grounds, organised to as to achieve an ideal atmosphere for a relaxing retirement and the practice of effective care. All provision is personalised, thanks to the hard work of key workers who build strong relationships with residents with long-term well-being firmly in mind.

In this position you will focusing on the personal care programmes of the residents whilst also overseeing that their health, security and well being are constantly looked after.

*£100 will be payable at 3 months, a further £200 will be payable at 6 months. This is subject to successful performance, sickness reviews and completion of successful probation period. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently an employee of the Norse Group.
