At Rose Meadow, our residential care home in North Walsham we have the exciting opportunity for Care Support Workers to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. If you are looking for further flexibility, we are also recruiting for a Casual to join our team covering annual leave & sickness on nights.

As a Care Support Worker, you will assist with personal care and support tasks which enables our residents to make informed choices, supporting their independence and dignity.

Our Successful Candidate:

  • Be supportive and caring at all times ensuring you are providing exemplary service to our residents/tenants
  • Completion of The Care Certificate is desirable but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle
  • Willingness to go that extra mile
