We currently have a number of rewarding opportunities to join our dedicated Shared Support Team as Care Support Workers.
What is the Shared Support Team?
Our Shared Support Team supports our service by delivering holiday and absence cover to all our Care Homes and Housing with Care Schemes across Norfolk.
Please note, currently due to Coronavirus you will be only be providing cover to one home within your local area.
We offer flexible contracts with guaranteed hours and various shift patterns, as well as salary enhancements for weekend working giving you the freedom and flexibility to work around your own commitments.
- Full-time, part-time or casual contracts.
- Varied weekly hours and shift patterns.
- Guaranteed minimum hours.
- Availability across weekdays or weekends to suit.
Our ideal candidate
You will ideally have experience of working within a care environment with an understanding of the importance of providing high standards of personal care to support our residents and tenants. You will be respectful and caring at all times enabling residents and tenants to make informed choices, supporting their independence.
Above all you will be able to demonstrate a person-centred approach, accommodating the individual’s needs, wishes, rights and choices whilst embracing our core values.
You will be flexible in your approach able to travel to our schemes within your local area when required.
As you will be required to travel to our establishments within your local area, a full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
