NorseCare are Norfolk’s largest care home provider, managing residential homes and housing with care schemes across Norfolk and Suffolk. Our focus is to deliver care at an exceptional level, whilst ensuring we create and maintain an empowering and fun environment for all our residents and staff.

Mountfield is our newly refurbished care home in Norwich, designed to support a variety of needs including specialist dementia care. As we are looking to provide more support to those in need, we are looking to recruit a number of Care Support Worker positions, available with flexible shifts to suit your needs. 

Our care support team manage the day to day engagement with our residents, understanding and supporting their needs on a personal level. You will get the chance to make a real difference to our residents as part of a fantastic and dedicated team of professionals, giving you a rewarding role and opportunities for personal and career development,

We have a number of shifts available, offering hours between 18 – 25 hours on average per week. Please see below:

  • Permanent Days – Care Support Workers on a four week set rota (including earlies, lates and alternative weekends)
  • Permanent Nights – Care Support Worker, 22 hours per week, 20:00pm – 08:00am
  • Casual Days – Care Support Workers, flexible hours 
If you are able to bring previous experience within care that would be ideal, whether this is from a previous role or personal experience. If you are new to care, we are happy to provide support and training to those who share our values and are passionate about making a difference.
 
We will offer recognised industry training as well as hands-on support for the role if you are able to show us your compassion, dedication and drive to deliver an excellent care service.
