Mayflower Court is one of our largest care homes, specifically built within Bowthorpe Care Village, Norwich, to offer support for a number of needs including dementia.
Our team provide exceptional care for our residents, and we are currently looking for individuals who share our values to join our team as Care Support Workers.
Our support team work closely with our residents, and you will have the opportunity to get to know them all whilst providing hands-on care and support to them. We are a friendly team who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a difference to the lives of our residents, and you will ideally be able to demonstrate similar values when joining us.
We have a number of positions available to fit around you – offering flexibility across the week including weekend positions for those who want to make a difference outside of normal hours.
If you have some care experience, either within a professional or personal environment this would be ideal, however we are happy to offer full training and support to those who are willing to go the extra mile.
Your communication and team working skills will be key in building strong relationships with our residents and your colleagues, and will enable you to deliver the excellent level of care we provide.
