Beauchamp House in Chedgrave, near Loddon is one of our residential care homes providing short-time and full-time care and support to those living with us. The relaxed environment is hugely important to us and we want everyone to be happy, content and ultimately feel like they are at home.

We are currently recruiting for a Care Support Workers to join the team.

The Opportunities:

  • 19 hours per week – days
  • 21 hours per week – days
  • 26 hours per week – days
  • 25 hours per week – nights

Our Successful Candidate:

Whilst previous experience within the care industry would be ideal, we are happy to offer full training and support to those who share our core values. Aside from experience, we are looking for you to;

  • Be supportive and caring at all times ensuring you are providing exemplary service to our residents/tenants
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to go that extra mile
  • Full UK Driving Licence would be an advantage due to location

*£100 will be payable at 3 months, a further £200 will be payable at 6 months. This is subject to successful performance, sickness reviews and completion of successful probation period. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently an employee of the Norse Group.
