ArmsCare is looking for new managerial talent for a new service that it’s taking on. We currently have 5 residential care homes in the Kings Lynn region. We wish to strengthen our dedicated work force and, being a proactive employer, we are looking for confident individuals with panache to continually improve the service we provide. Salary – £30,290 per annum

There will be an added registration bonus and other supplementary bonuses based on management bonus structure with total estimated salary up to £36,000- £38,000 per annum.

Reports to: Operations Director
The primary and most important aspects of the role:

  • To take responsibility alongside the clinical lead as the person in charge of the day-to-day running of Care home as the legally registered manager
  • To take full professional accountability in respect of the care, operational, financial legislative and social management of the home
  • To promote a caring and proactive environment that through high standards of professional practice and leading the team meet the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, cultural, and spiritual needs of every resident. To ensure that each resident receives care appropriate to their individual need
  • To demonstrate leadership of the team and to act as a positive role model in ensuring your presence is visible within Care home, empowers and develops individuals and focuses their practice towards the values, goals and standards set by the company and beyond
  • To foster and culture that listens to its stakeholders in residents, families and representatives, team members and external regulators and visiting professionals and uses their feedback to develop the home continuously
  • To focus the team and work towards developing the income of the home through development, marketing and diversification to secure its future and build a platform to excel operationally, financially and providing consistent and safe quality care.
  • To ensure a safe place for residents to live and team members to work in
