Better Healthcare Services are recruiting Home Care Assistants, We are looking for kind, dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our domiciliary team in Norwich.
You would be working out in the community, going into people’s own homes to provide the very best standard of care and support. The people that you are required to support may be elderly and frail, have a mental health diagnosis, mild learning disability or dementia.
Tasks would include supporting service users with personal care, medication, meal preparation, light housework duties and general social support.

. £8.75-£10.25 per hour.
Experience is handy however we do provide a 4 day training course which provides all mandatory skills and knowledge required for the role.
A driving licence would be beneficial however it is not essential, as we do have rounds which are suitable to walk. The ideal candidate will have the ability to show empathy and have an understanding of the needs of vulnerable people. You would be someone who can offer a high standard of care and is able to work well under pressure.
