The salary for this role is £20,500 pro rata per annum

This position is not available for remote-working.

We support the dedicated service our care teams provide with exceptional back office support and we are currently looking for an experience Business Administrator to join the team at Mountfield in Norwich.

This is a permanent, part-time position working 23.5 hours per week working Wednesday 09:00-17:00, Thursday & Friday 08:30-17:00. This position is not available for remote-working.

This opportunity will provide you with a diverse and challenging environment where you will be responsible for providing a range of business support to the on-site team and wider NorseCare group. You will be guided by management and the central support team in undertaking a variety of duties which will include;

  • Providing guidance and support to the Home Managers with regards to rota management, ensuring staff levels are appropriate to deliver the level of care expected
  • Collating and processing payroll information, including completing weekly/monthly returns
  • Undertaking purchase ledger responsibilities
  • Processing HR documentation and supporting the compliance requirements for new staff
  • Maintaining & reconciling a petty cash account and other cash-based accounts in line with the NorseCare policy
  • Provide generalist clerical and administrative support for the home as appropriate including daily reception duties

Your Experience:

We are looking for a driven, personable and proactive individual to join the team. We will also need you to have:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) grade C (or Level 4) or above in three core subjects including Maths and English
  • Extensive experience within an administrative role or customer service driven environment
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office including use of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent timekeeping and ability to meet deadlines
  • High levels of customer care
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
