Anglia Case Management provides specialist services to both adults and children living with long-term disabilities such as acquired brain injury and cerebral palsy. We are rated as an outstanding care provider by the CQC. We support our clients with recruitment, supervision and management of staff who then work solely with them, usually in their own homes, with our on-going support.
We are looking for a female support worker to work 21.5 hours a week with Ms P who lives near to Norwich.
The shift pattern is early 0750-1530, late 1520 to 2200, waking nights 2150 – 0800 (under review). There is also an on-call rota in operation.
£10.92 per hour – Weekday day time
£13.00 per hour – Weekend day time
£11.44 per hour – Weekday waking night (23.00 – 08.00)
£13.00 per hour – Weekend waking night (23.00 – 08.00 Friday to Sunday inc.)
On call – £15 or £17 p/day when applicable
All pay rates are reviewed annually
- 5.6 weeks paid annual leave pro rata. The leave year runs from January to December.
- Up to two weeks authorised sick pay per year at employer’s discretion (for staff with contracted hours’ positions)
- Auto enrolment in a workplace pension scheme as applicable
- At least double pay if required to work bank holidays.
- Pay to attend supervision / team meetings.
- Pay and expenses when required to attend training courses requested by employer.
Ms P is a woman in her early 30’s who suffered a very serious brain injury when she was involved in a road traffic accident.
Ms P is a full-time wheelchair user and requires full support of staff for all activities both at home and in the community including transfers, personal care and all household management including housework, shopping and meal preparation and transport.

Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence; an understanding of the needs of individuals with brain injury would be advantageous, a ‘can do’ personality is important to Ms P.
