Do you need flexibility in the days you work? Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as “relief roles” in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support. However you aren’t guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required.

Do you want a role where no two nights are the same and you will be making a real impact to the lives of our clients?

We are seeking an engaging Bank Night Concierge to ensure the security of our residents during the night and to provide general assistance to them, if required. At Reepham Road, we provide support to people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.

We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on-going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary has their own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.

Sanctuary also has a great employee Rewards scheme, where you will be able to receive a variety of discounts from major retailers.
