Rebecca Court is recruiting a caring, hardworking individual with a passion to work in the Health and Social Care industry for a Care Support Worker Apprenticeship. It is highly likely you will be able to obtain a position in NorseCare after your apprenticeship.
Rebecca Court is a purpose-built two-storey home situated in pleasant grounds near the centre of Heacham, an attractive seaside village in West Norfolk. The home provides residential care for up to 36 people with other facilities including a hairdressing salon, a large dining room, communal living rooms and an enclosed courtyard garden leading to attractive well-maintained grounds.
Following a successful apprenticeship programme with NorseCare means working across all the aspects of a Caring role; supporting and providing a homely, friendly environment for our people, assisting with personal care and serving meals, and getting involved in daily activities.
You will play a key part in the supporting and meeting of our peoples physical and social needs, in a way that maintains their dignity, privacy and independence. You will receive ongoing support and development that will provide you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful and fulfilling career within Health and Social Care.
26 hours per week. You will be filling a current vacancy within the establishment therefore hours and shift patterns will vary. You will be required to work some weekends and bank holidays.
