Mental Health Support

Mental health support services provide a range of tailored advice, guidance, and support to anyone experiencing mental health difficulties. This can also involve supporting family members who are involved with the person experiencing difficulties. These services can take place in a wide variety of settings including residential settings, the community and the person’s own home.

Evolve East Anglia CIC

Evolve East Anglia is an independent, Norwich based ‘Community Interest Company’ (CIC) that works with adults effected by mental illness and mental health disorders. Our Founders are from a social work and housing background, with a vision to put people at the centre of all our services. The schemes we have created and nurtured are quite unique to the sector and are dedicated to our service user’s recovery. As well as this, staff development and training is key to our success, which has helped us grow a small but dedicated, skilled and empathetic team.

An increase in demand for our services requires significant growth across the organisation and we therefore are recruiting highly dedicated staff to complement the existing team. If you would like to join us, you will ideally be able to evidence skills in working with vulnerable adults, but most importantly, show you are an empathetic and dedicated professional with either lived or shared experience of mental illness and disorders. Evolve staff benefit from a supportive work environment that encourages open communication as well as a comprehensive employee assistance program, regular supervision and staff appraisals and an annual salary review.

Norfolk and Waveney Mind

We’re Norfolk and Waveney Mind, the mental health charity that believes no one should have to face a mental health problem alone.

We work to reduce the stigma associated with mental health, support people in their recovery and champion better services for all.

We believe that with the right support and resources everybody can create a life that feels meaningful irrespective of the presence of symptoms.

To do this we share our own stories, insights and expertise.
